The institution that leads and represents the Catholic Church in Kosovo.
About the Ordinariate of Kosovo
In the service of the faithful and ecclesial unity The Ordinariate of Kosovo constitutes an essential part of the ecclesial structure of the Catholic Church in the country. It was established to provide special care for the spiritual, pastoral, and organizational needs of Catholic faithful throughout the territory of Kosovo. The leadership of the Ordinariate is entrusted to a bishop (Ordinary), who bears responsibility for spiritual life, the administration of parishes, and the strengthening of the bond between the local and the universal Church. Through this organization, the Church seeks to be ever closer to the people — to listen, to guide, and to serve with love and humility. The Ordinariate brings together priests, religious, and laity in a common mission: spreading the word of God, strengthening the faith, and building peace and solidarity in society. Through cooperation with parishes, deaneries, and religious communities, the Ordinariate of Kosovo represents a vibrant spiritual center, where devotion to Christ and love for humanity take concrete form each day. It is the voice of the Church that calls for unity, hope, and the shared appreciation of our Catholic faith.
